LEAGUE OF MORTALS

On the off chance that you have not reached this page by tragic error, let me welcome you. This is the main page for what might charitably called a novel, but is in fact titled League of Mortals. It is terrible in many, many ways – among other things, NSFW. Fortunately, this verbal excreta is not available for sale at any price. You can only find it one place: here.

The story begins with a seventeen-year-old boy named Wesley Peary; he has Crohn’s disease, but doesn’t know it yet. From there, things just get worse. It is roughly autobiographical, in the sense that I have drawn extensively on my own experience, but it is strictly fiction. Any resemblance to persons living or dead is entirely coincidental and likely an artifact of their own extreme narcissism (except perhaps Lance Armstrong; he’s a public figure, so it’s okay to make fun of him in print).

I am not selling you the book, selling advertising, or asking you to do anything but read, perhaps enjoy it, and possibly let me know what you thought. Seriously: drop me an email.

I am trying to implement a somewhat book-like format, but typography on HTML can be a pain in the butt. Let me know if you have any problems reading it – meaning, any problems beyond the obvious and inevitable problems with what I have intentionally written. Of course, you’re free to complain about those problems, too.
