Reminder: submit to Patients for a Moment

I’d like to have all submissions for the next Patients for a Moment in before midnight Sunday, June 28th – so send ‘em if you got ‘em. You can be a patient, doc, nurse, wonk – whatever, so long as your post is likely to appeal to a wide audience of patients (who don’t necessarily share your specific circumstances). There’s no theme, but I will organize things similarly to the Inaugural Edition.
